The key sign that this remedy is needed is burning pains. So it is useful for cystitis and other problems relating to the stomach.

The whole affected area will feel burning (compare Arsenicum also). If there is vomiting then the vomit will be watery and acrid also. Any diarrhoea will likewise be burning as it is passed.

Often their troubles may start with a migraine-like headache and develop into gastric problems also.
