Staphisagria is useful in acute illness when pain is involved. These sufferers seem to be in great pain (more so than you might expect).
So they are worse from moving about and can be irritable or angry – they are sensitive and touchy on all levels!
If their illness has developed after an argument or a perceived insult this is a strong indicator for the need of this remedy irrespective of the condition.
Complaints come on after anger or indignation.
