Repeated cramps may indicate nutritional deficiency. Consider supplementing with Calcium (1000mg a day), Vitamin E (100ius each meal), Magnesium and Potassium. A good, bio-available, general mineral supplement will assist greatly.
If cramps often occur at night drink a glass of warm water and lemon juice before going to sleep. Consider the use of magnet therapy for this condition – a magnet placed at the foot of the bed can often help.
For stomach cramps drink Chamomile tea – excellent for soothing and relaxing (and check out the homeopathic remedy Chamomilla!).
