People needing this remedy will be sensitive to motion, especially downward motion. This will be expressed in different ways depending on whether you are treating a child or an adult.

If a baby or child then when they are put ‘down’ to bed their symptoms will be aggravated and they may cry out. If an adult, this may be harder to determine but if they are known to have a fear of flying ( going up then DOWN) or a dislike of lifts, this will guide you towards this remedy.

It is a Sodium (Natrum) derived remedy and so it shares similarities to other remedies of similar origin (e.g. Nat mur, Nat carb, Nat sulph, Nat phos). It is worth remembering Bor as an alternative especially if one of these other related remedies seems indicated but fails to relieve.
