There are a few key signs that Cham is required, whatever the illness.
One of the most common is when a sufferer is angry or driven to irritable outbursts because of their suffering. In small children there can be crying and even screaming with the pains. The pain is unbearable – whether it be from toothache or earache or joint pain.
They can get no relief from the pains. A baby will want to be carried about but as soon as you try and put them down – they will scream and shout angrily.
They will be very hot, sweaty patients.
