Sanguinaria is useful for Migraine Headaches usually with Gastrointestinal disturbances.
The headache may be classed as a ‘migraine’ and usually starts in the neck on the right side and creeps up over the head until settled over the eyes. Relief is often not obtained until the sufferer vomits (i.e. classed as a ‘sick headache’).
This remedy tends to help conditions that seem worse on the right side of the body.
Often they may suffer from heartburn and acid reflux – if these are present in a migraine sufferer it is a valuable indication that this remedy is required.
