Sufferers needing Silica often get ill. They catch colds and get sore throats regularly.
They are usually very cold when ill and have cold hands and feet. Often their acute illness starts after some stress or strain in their lives (e.g. an exam, a house move, too much business and so on).
Silica is very useful for abscesses and boils and can be used to bring them to a head. Where discharges and mucus is involved the colour is often yellow.
