Sulphur can be used in a wide ranging set of conditions. Usually you will see its key symptoms.
If you have someone who is red and hot and sweating profusely this should make you think of Sulphur. If they also have a strong thirst (usually for cold drinks) and are strongly aggravated by heat then Sulphur should be given careful consideration.
